To ensure that your bracelet lasts, you shouldn't sleep, shower, swim, sweat (exercise) while wearing your jewelry. While you can wear friendship bracelets in water, it may cause them to wear quicker.

While all our bracelets are tested before they are shipped, unnecessary and excessive tugging may cause them to break. Please be gentle when taking them on and off!

Orders will ONLY be sent to the address shown in the confirmation, so please be sure that your mailing address is correct before ordering. "Return to sender" orders will only be reshipped if shipping is paid for again.

Unfortunately I have no control over the US Postal Service and while shipping estimates are provided I cannot guarantee them. Please order in advance to allow ample time for your order to arrive.

If your address appears to be incomplete (i.e. no house number or a street name), therefore making it impossible for us to send your order, I will reach out to you to confirm the complete address! Delays in response to this message can delay when your order will be shipped. If a week passes with no response, we do reserve the right to cancel your order without a refund.

For custom orders that require a note to be left with customization choices, colors, etc. - I want to make sure that I make a piece that you will love!

To ensure this, I will make 2 attempts to contact the customer and obtain this information. A span of 3 days will be given in between each message to allow opportunity to respond. If no response is given after those 2 attempts, I will choose the colors and ship the order!

I will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund due to dissatisfaction with the colors I choose. I will do my very best to pick ones I think you may like!

Our adjustable beaded bracelets are usually 6 inches at their smallest and 9 inches at their largest, unless otherwise stated. If a smaller or larger size is needed, don’t hesitate to send us a message or just leave a note at checkout!

Note: Please be sure of your size prior to ordering. If there is an issue with the size after your order is delivered to you, we cannot provide a refund. However, we are happy to help resize your bracelet for a $5 re-stringing fee plus the cost of shipping the item back you. Customers will be responsible for covering shipping fees to send the item to us. So check and double check!

I am unable to cancel or refund orders unless a duplicate order was made. Please be sure your purchase is correct before making it - this includes the items you’re wishing to purchase as well as the shipping address. We stand by the quality of our products and each piece is tested before it is shipped to the customer.

I am not responsible for orders after they are in the hands of the post office. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
